YOUR ROLE This is a junior position within Wayfare. The role focuses mainly on administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the are looking for a friendly, driven and problem-solving person with positive energy and determination for delivering great results. WHAT WILL YOU DO?

<li>Administrative responsibilitiesWelcoming and offering support to visitors and guests;</li>
<li>Monitoring and acquisition of office supplies & consumables;</li>
<li>Offering administrative support to employees when needed.</li>
<li>Offering support for the HR department: working with the internal database; drafting various documents and specific reports; making travel arrangements for business travels; facilitating arrangements for new hires, as well as employees;</li>
<li>Assisting with Recruiting activities;</li>
<li>Assisting Management with various requests: research, reports, presentations;</li>
<li>Offering support for the Accounting department.</li>
<li>Assisting with the implementation of different internal and external events or CSR campaigns</li>
</ul>
The work schedule will be: one week from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday;the other week from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday. ARE WE A GOOD-FIT? Essential skills:
