You support our team as HR Support Specialist with German

Responsibilities

• Entering of time data (absences/attendances) in ATOSS (Time);
• Processing of error lists in Time Management System ATOSS;
• Independent communication with employees/specialist departments;
• Creation of reports, requests or statistics from LOGA, e.g. request process for the A1 form;
• Data Maintenance / Processing of Administrative Processes Payroll.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources/ Economics/Business administration or comparable education;
• Experience with time management processing, payroll processes for German companies;
• Knowledge of HR applications, preferably time management, payroll or masterdata;
• Experience in dealing with ticket systems and service processes;
• Fluent written and spoken German and good English skills;
• Strong teamwork skills, flexibility, a high sense of responsibility, and reliability, as well as a customer-focused.
