This role is full-time, on-site, with travel availability to Cluj Napoca and Turda.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Ensure accurate monthly timesheet verification, including approvals, leave records, and overtime.</li><li>Apply knowledge of labor laws relevant to personnel administration and payroll processes.</li><li>Support salary calculations and maintain up-to-date employee documentation, such as contracts and job descriptions.</li><li>Manage documentation for hiring and termination processes, including probation forms and clearance notes.</li><li>Organize and update personnel files in compliance with legal and internal procedures.</li><li>Assist in compiling information related to leave, special events, and other employee-related documents.</li><li>Prepare documentation for foreign worker immigration processes and provide employee documents upon request.</li><li>Support annual HR processes like performance management and training, and contribute to HR metrics reporting.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Completed economic studies.</li><li>3-5 years of experience in human resources, focusing on payroll and personnel administration.</li><li>Knowledge of labor legislation and HR policies and processes.</li><li>Experience with immigration/onboarding of foreign workers is an advantage.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting and payroll software, such as Win Mentor.</li><li>Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).</li><li>Attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy.</li><li>Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.</li><li>Problem-solving, critical thinking, and interdepartmental collaboration abilities.</li></ul>We offer a competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a prestigious environment where your contributions are valued.</body></html>
