Join our dynamic team at our Manufacturing Site in Arad, Romania, as a committed Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Coordinator. In this role, you will ensure safe and compliant operations while fostering a proactive safety culture in collaboration with the Regional HSE Manager and local leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate HSE standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement controls for high-risk activities.
• Deliver HSE training and inductions for employees and contractors.
• Lead incident and near-miss investigations, defining corrective actions.
• Monitor and report HSE KPIs, conducting regular inspections and audits.
• Maintain and test emergency response plans, organizing drills.
• Oversee waste management, emissions control, and environmental compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HSE experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong skills in risk assessment, regulatory compliance, and training.
• Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to influence a strong safety culture.
