As our Head Grower, you will play a pivotal role in our agronomic success. This is a unique opportunity to lead a world-class facility from the ground up. You will manage a dedicated team, optimize sophisticated climate-control systems, and ensure that every tomato meets our super-premium standard.

• Agronomic Leadership: Oversee the full crop cycle within a 10-hectare semi-closed glasshouse environment.
• Climate & Tech Management: Master the Richel semi-closed systems to optimize yield, flavor, and resource efficiency.
• Team Excellence: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of agronomy professionals and greenhouse staff.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous standards for premium and super-premium tomato varieties, ensuring year-round consistency.
• Strategic Innovation: Collaborate with international consultants to push the boundaries of sustainable agritech.

We are looking for a seasoned grower with deep experience in high-tech glasshouse environments. Experience with semi-closed systems is a significant plus. You should be a leader who balances scientific precision with the intuition of a master grower, driven by sustainability and the desire to be a pioneer in a sunrise sector. Fluency in English is required due to our international partnerships.
