Your Role

• Lead and manage transition workstreams across finance transformation programs, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum value realization;
• Design and implement transition frameworks, governance models, and stakeholder engagement strategies;
• Identify transition risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure smooth handovers and operational readiness;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align transition activities with business goals and timelines;
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the Training Academy, including curriculum design, delivery, and continuous improvement;
• Contribute to the shaping and structuring of work packages and learning content through specific expertise and knowledge;
• Engage in the development of your area through operational activities such as: recruitment, Learning & Development, Talent management, Engagement and or people and performance management processes;
• Provide support in the development of Thought Leadership and contribute to innovative events/work.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or related field;
• 5+ years of experience in transition management, training, or organizational development;
• Proven track record in managing large-scale transitions and training portfolios;
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
• Proficiency in workflow tools and learning platforms.
