BFG Packaging is a packaging producer having the Headquarters in Bucharest and operating a production plant in Petresti, Dambovita, supplying the whole of Europe with Single Use packaging for the food industry. Over the years, the company’s main domain was the conversion and production of Polystyrene and Polypropylene. However, starting with the discussions of EU about the “Single Use Plastics Directive” and given the commitment of BFG Packaging of contributing to a more Circular Economy and providing a better Carbon Footprint, the company is about to finish its first investment into a brand-new production unit for biodegradable packaging, thus becoming the first European producer of FIBER products.

With an actual organization of about 150 employees, BFG Packaging is looking for talented, experienced, ambitious people to join the team to continue the journey of a successful story.

Job profile Export Manager / Product Manager

• New function
• Working from the office in Bucharest; travelling abroad
• Reporting to the President

Under its current strategy of launching into the European market the FIBER packaging, BFG Packaging is looking for a motivated, self-driven person to become the product manager of the new products, to promote and to coordinate the export sales under the supervision of general management.

Main responsibilities

• Development of Product characteristics together with the Production and Quality colleagues

• Development of Market & Sales information targeted on the new products

• Coordination and follow-up of the leads and prospects as in new acquisitions for the new products

• Commercial analysis

• Coordination of the Commercial budget

• Active contribution to the price and margin policy

• Development and management of a CRM system

Main Requirements

• English advanced; any other language is an advantage

• Academic background and / or experience in marketing / commercial

• Ambitious and dynamic

• Highly communicative

• Ready to engage in high level challenges

• Strong in Excel and Power Point
