  • experienta dovedita de minim 10 ani in coordonarea unui departament tehnic si a unei echipe tehnice - cerinta obligatorie;
  • un format tehnic - absolvent ︀︊︈︀︊︉︌︍︂︆︄︆︁︁︎︌︈︂︇︍︈︆︅️︊︄︈︌︊︎︂︎de superioare tehnice - cerinta obligatorie;
  • experienta in activitatea de service desfasurata atat la sediu cat si in locatiile clientilor
  • experienta in interactiunea directa cu utilizatorii solutiilor
  • capacitate de invatare, intelegere si asimilare a sistemelor integrate;
  • abilitatea de a transmite informatiile dobandite catre colegii din echipa tehnica si de a asigura suportul acestora;
  • indemanare in utilizarea uneltelor software si hardware necesare;
  • abilitatea de organizare si planificare personala si a intregii echipe in scopul eficientizarii resurselor;
  • capacitatea de a citi si intelege scheme, diagrame, desene si proiecte tehnice;
  • cunostinte retelistica – realizare si configurare;
  • aptitudini pentru service si depanare echipamente cu componente mecanice si electronice;
  • entuziasm, loialitate, integritate si deschidere catre orice provocare intalnita;
  • permis de conducere cat. B - cerinta obligatorie;
  • cunoasterea limbii engleze - cerinta obligatorie;

Activitatile specifice departamentului tehnic sunt:

  • instalare, montaj echipamente si sisteme integrate
  • configurare, parametrizare, punere in functiune a sistemelor
  • instalare aplicatii software, parametrizare, configurare
  • instruire utilizatori
  • interventii service pentru readucerea in parametrii a solutiilor, hardware si software
  • realizare infrastructura

Activitatea Directorului de Service:

  • planificarea actiunilor de service: intereventii corective, actiuni de intretinere periodica
  • planificarea instalarilor
  • negocierea si urmarirea contractelor de intretinere si service;
  • asigurarea termenelor de interventie si a perioadelor pentru intretinere periodica;
  • participa la instalarea si montajul echipamentelor si a sistemelor integrate atunci cand este cazul;
  • configurareaza, parametrizeaza si pune in functiune sistemele atunci cand este cazul;
  • asigura intruirea colegilor si suportul tehnic al acestora in timpul interventiilor
  • realizeaza atunci cand este necesar interventii pentru readucerea in parametrii corecti functionali ai solutiilor;

Solutiile fata de care impreuna ne dorim sa dam o mai clara exprimare in piata sunt reprezentate de:

  • sisteme de curenti slabi : EAS, CCTV, detectie la efractie, control al accesului
  • solutii de numarare a traficului de clienti si masurare a satisfactiei acestora
  • sisteme mobilare a magazinelor: mese de vanzare, ghidaje, porti automate, rafturi, turnicheti etc
  • sisteme de management al parcarilor
  • solutii de optimizare a spatiului de vanzare
  • sisteme de iluminare
  • cantare, platforme, masini de impachetat
  • case de marcat, calculatoare, periferice
