We are looking for a Data Base Specialist Central Europe. (Romania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary) to join our Trade team.

Main Responsibilities:

Data base management:

•       New entries/item creation in database- products, vendors, various attributes corresponding to new products

•       Update item card information for existing products

•       Import purchasing and selling prices into internal systems

•       Monitoring promotional campaigns starting date prices and discounts

•       Tracking negative margin reports and flag necessary updates for prices corrections

•       Generate reports for commercial and audit purposes

Data base maintenance: Ensure consistency and accuracy between various items attributes (product names, EAN codes, brands, segments)

Ensure data accuracy and timely implementation for Data migration and Data cleansing projects

Test and validate changes in data systems when new functionalities are implemented

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Excel – intermediate/advanced level.
• Good command of English (intermediate level).
• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Navision, Oracle, or similar).
