What you will do in this role

As a Customer Advisor on our team, you will:

• Provide solutions to clients' issues in order to deliver excellent customer experience
• Inform and promote insurance solutions for in-warranty and post-warranty products
• Manage multichannel interactions (voice, email, webchat activities) to ensure a consistent customer experience
