TamoTamo Lab is a B2B fashion production studio based in Bucharest, working with independent brands and designers across Europe.

We handle complex, real-world production, small and medium runs, multiple projects in parallel, tight deadlines, and clients who often don’t fully know what they need yet.

Our work lives between creativity and operational discipline.
Clarity is not optional here, it’s survival.

This role exists to protect that clarity.

What this role really is

You sit between clients and production and decide what information is good enough to move forward and what gets sent back.

Clients send mixed messages, partial files, changing requests, and unrealistic expectations.
Your job is to stop that chaos, clean it up, and only pass forward what makes operational sense.

At the beginning, you will ask questions.
Very quickly, you will start coming with proposals.

You are the buffer.

What you will do (in real life)

• Handle client communication in a calm, structured way
• Collect, organize, rename, and track files, information, and shipping data
• Detect contradictions, missing inputs, and unclear requirements
• Push back when information is insufficient, without drama
• Summarize situations clearly and concisely for decision-making
• Reduce noise, repetition, and unnecessary escalation

What you will NOT do

• Forward messy information “as received”
• Ask questions that could have been answered by thinking for 5 minutes
• Over-communicate or under-think
• Escalate chaos instead of filtering it

Who this role is for

This role requires judgment, not supervision.

You might be a fit if:

• You have at least 3 years of experience in operations, client service, project coordination, or similar roles
• You’ve worked in environments where information was often incomplete or messy
• You are comfortable pushing back and asking for clarity
• You think in systems, not tasks
• You write clearly and hate unnecessary words

This role is not suitable for junior profiles or people at the very beginning of their career.

Fashion production experience is a plus, not a requirement.
Professional maturity and mental clarity are non-negotiable.

Hybrid & remote setup

This is a hybrid role.

Remote work is negotiable during the first 3–6 months, until we are confident that:

• communication is solid
• judgment is consistent
• information filtering works without supervision

The long-term goal is a smooth transition toward more remote work.
