About the Role: We’re looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist who enjoys talking to people, is comfortable on the phone, and has a knack for guiding others. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our clients — answering questions, following up on leads, helping with documents, and making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
You don’t need previous experience in onboarding or finance — we’ll teach you everything you need to know. What we do need is someone who’s sales-inclined, friendly, organized, and speaks excellent English.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Reaching out to new leads by phone, email, and WhatsApp — answering their questions and helping them get started
• Guiding clients through the onboarding steps, from choosing the right bank to submitting documents
• Following up regularly to keep things moving and make sure no lead is left behind
• Coordinating with partner banks, referral partners, and our internal compliance team
• Making sure all client documentation is submitted correctly and on time
What We’re Looking For:
• Excellent English — both written and spoken
• A people person who enjoys talking on the phone and helping others
• Comfortable with a bit of a sales vibe — you don’t need to sell a product, but you should be great at explaining value and getting clients engaged
• Organized and able to keep track of multiple clients and tasks
• Basic tech skills — nothing fancy, just familiar with email, documents, and CRM systems (we’ll train you)
• A team player with a proactive attitude
