As an Accounting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our International Accounting Coordinator and the AFC team, ensuring compliance with AB Group standards and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage vendor master data.
• Receive and verify vendor invoices.
• Verify purchase orders and delivery of goods/services.
• Obtain and file transport documents.
• Post vendor invoices in ERP.
• Support monthly trial balance preparation by verifying and posting costs to be accrued or deferred.
• Manage vendor payments and clear open items.
• Handle archive management and document preparation for monthly packages.
• Create vendor employee master data and manage expense reports.
• Verify credit card statements and calculate per diem postings.

Requirements:

• Economics High School or Economic Bachelor degree.
• Basic knowledge of tax rules and civil norms.
• Proficiency in English; Italian is a plus.
