Job Title: HR & Finance Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Support recruitment activities by scheduling interviews, posting vacancies, and communicating with candidates.
  • Help organise and track employee training activities and maintain training records.
  • Assist with the administration of company policies and ensure documentation is kept up to date.
  • Support tasks related to company insurances (e.g., health, travel, liability), including gathering information and updating records.
  • Provide general HR support across multiple countries.
  • Maintain employee data in HR systems and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Update, and track customer/supplier contracts in the CRM system.
  • Assist in contracts workflow process.
  • Update contracts database in CRM, linking to signed contracts.
  • Manage employee expense forms and approvals, data entry, and reporting.
  • Assist with data entry and document management related to financial processes.
  • Work collaboratively with HR and Finance team members to ensure smooth processes.
  • Provide timely updates and follow-ups as required.

 Qualifications & Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in an administrative, HR, finance, or similar support role.
  • Experience working with international teams or HR processes is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with HR systems or CRM platforms is beneficial (training can be provided).
  • Strong organisational and documentation skills.
  • High level of English proficiency (written and spoken) is required due to communication with UK and international teams.
  • Good general computer skills (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets, document management).
