Job Title: HR & Finance AssistantKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist with onboarding processes for new hires.</li><li>Support recruitment activities by scheduling interviews, posting vacancies, and communicating with candidates.</li><li>Help organise and track employee training activities and maintain training records.</li><li>Assist with the administration of company policies and ensure documentation is kept up to date.</li><li>Support tasks related to company insurances (e.g., health, travel, liability), including gathering information and updating records.</li><li>Provide general HR support across multiple countries.</li><li>Maintain employee data in HR systems and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.</li><li>Update, and track customer/supplier contracts in the CRM system.</li><li>Assist in contracts workflow process.</li><li>Update contracts database in CRM, linking to signed contracts.</li><li>Manage employee expense forms and approvals, data entry, and reporting.</li><li>Assist with data entry and document management related to financial processes.</li><li>Work collaboratively with HR and Finance team members to ensure smooth processes.</li><li>Provide timely updates and follow-ups as required.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications & Experience<ul><li>2–4 years of experience in an administrative, HR, finance, or similar support role.</li><li>Experience working with international teams or HR processes is an advantage.</li><li>Familiarity with HR systems or CRM platforms is beneficial (training can be provided).</li><li>Strong organisational and documentation skills.</li><li>High level of English proficiency (written and spoken) is required due to communication with UK and international teams.</li><li>Good general computer skills (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets, document management).</li></ul>Skills & Competencies<ul><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Good communication skills and customer-oriented approach.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.</li><li>Proactive, reliable, and able to support multiple tasks at once.</li><li>Comfortable working with structured processes and maintaining clear records.</li><li>Friendly, helpful, and team-focused attitude.</li></ul>About the company:TMT Analysis&nbsp;is a specialist numbering intelligence company, providing a range of information on mobile numbers globally.Our mobile numbering data powers many of the worlds leading identity providers, A2P SMS Messaging companies and financial services organisations, delivering actionable insights on customer mobile numbers that enhance and protect every stage of the customer experience.Mobile number intelligence can help strengthen and validate the user verification process, reduce fake accounts, improve conversions with customers and even determine the optimal channel for message delivery.
