Job Category &nbsp;Department for Business and Trade roles (DBT) Job Subcategory &nbsp;Department for Business and Trade (DBT) Job Description (Roles and Responsibilities) &nbsp;Who are we?&nbsp;The British Embassy in Bucharest is part of the United Kingdom’s world-wide diplomatic network, and represents British political, economic and consular interests in Romania.The successful candidate's main role will be to provide support for the Department for Business and Trade (DBT) team, mainly on logistics support for upcoming events, market research, translations, drafting text and updating various data bases. Working hours (35 hours net per week) are as follows: Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 17:00; Friday 8:30 – 13:30 or 11.00 – 16.00. Working hours may be flexible and staff are entitled to time-off-in-lieu for agreed extra hours worked, based on line manager approval.The annual leave entitlement is 25 days per year pro rata and the Embassy also enjoys a maximum of 14 Romanian / UK public holidays per year.&nbsp;The monthly allowance is 4050 RON gross (salary is not negotiable).
