Job Description: Sales Analyst

Are you a data-driven individual with a passion for sales and analytics? We are currently seeking a talented Sales Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and maximizing sales performance through insightful data analysis and strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret sales results to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement;
• Administer and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and functionality;
• Manage data exchange processes with distributors, ensuring smooth and timely information flow;
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards to support business decisions and regional performance reviews;
• Collaborate closely with sales, finance, and logistics teams to ensure data consistency and process efficiency;
• Support the implementation of analytical tools and automation solutions to optimize reporting;
• Provide insights and recommendations to management based on data analysis and key business indicators.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field;
• 1–2 years of experience in an analytical or business administration role;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel high level) and experience with Power BI;
• Fluency in English and Romanian; Ukrainian will be considered a strong advantage;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment;
