Job description Sales Account Manager
-Handling of outgoing contact with our customers (registered users, FTD and existing players), also incoming calls, emails, messages, call backs etc. for our current and subsequent brands.
-Performing KPI of this position
-Conducting research on problems and resolving complaints
-Assisting our customers with financial, functional and technical problems and inquiries from start to finish
-Acquiring knowledge of our products (casino, live casino)
-Knowing of all regulations / procedures / processes / instructions
-Working effectively on customer activation, retention and reactivation
-Analyzing profiles, financial performance and gaming activity
-Being up-to-date with promotions, competitions and special offers that we promote to our customers
-Tracking news in the field of gambling, knowledge of mechanics / specifics of games
-Passing weekly / monthly testing for product knowledge / regulations / instructions
-Compliance with timings of responses to incoming requests
-Observance of deadlines of accomplishment tasks
-Preparing reports from the analysis of data
-Ensure delivery of exceptional Customer Service at all times
