Join our team as a Field Sales Representative and be the driving force behind our regional growth. Your mission is to expand our market presence by identifying and converting new resellers while nurturing existing customer relationships. You'll be the face of our company, passionate about our products and dedicated to understanding customer needs.

• Prospect and onboard new reseller accounts to grow your regional sales footprint.
• Conduct regular in-person visits to both existing and potential customers, spending at least four days per week in the field.
• Utilize CRM tools to qualify leads, plan outreach, and track customer interactions.
• Promote our full product portfolio, focusing on category growth and seasonal opportunities.
• Drive the adoption of new products by offering tailored solutions to resellers.
• Monitor market activity and report on competitor insights to gain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high service levels for new customers.
• Deliver regular reports on sales pipeline and customer development.

We seek a driven sales professional with 2-5 years of experience in field sales or B2B sales, ideally within textiles or related industries. You should have a strong hunter mindset, excellent negotiation skills, and be comfortable working with CRM tools. Fluency in Romanian and English is required, and additional languages are a plus.
