We are looking for a Dispatcher to join our Transportation team.

You will:

• Coordinate communication and support for drivers, act as a direct line of communication with drivers, ensuring timely resolution of issues by liaising with relevant departments or partners.
• Organize and confirm drivers’ weekly schedules, holidays, and trips; submit plans to headquarters and register trips in board computers.
• Schedule and optimize transport routes to ensure efficient operations and minimal delays.
• Check daily operations to confirm trips are conducted as planned; monitor waiting times, delays, and system messages.
• Receive and confirm transport orders; proactively fill schedule gaps with additional activities such as container trucking, trailer washing, repairs, or maintenance.
• Collaborate with the Logistics department to address and solve warehouse, depot, technical, or scheduling issues, and inform drivers accordingly.
• Track and report any vehicle malfunctions directly to the fleet manager for prompt resolution.

We ask:

• Good knowledge of Transport Law
• Advanced in English (verbal and written)
• 1-3 years experience in a similar role is considered an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Experienced in working with MS Office
