Your Role: Where Service Meets Fintech
You’ll be at the heart of our customer journey, ensuring every interaction reflects trust, accuracy, and care.
What you’ll do:
Deliver outstanding customer experiences by processing transactions with precision

  • Support clients via email and chat, providing clear, timely, and professional responses
  • Verify and validate customer data in line with compliance standards
  • Review and audit your own work to ensure top-tier accuracy
  • Compile research findings and present them in a structured format
  • Follow internal procedures and regulatory policies with confidence
  • Escalate complex issues and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Turn customer feedback into meaningful insights
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to exceed client expectations

What You Bring to the Table
Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
Tech-savvy mindset with a willingness to learn new tools
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Previous customer support experience (a plus!)

  • Familiarity with payment systems such as SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, Faster Payments, or Fedwire (a big advantage)
  • Customer-first attitude with sharp problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work with diverse personalities
  • A proactive, “let’s-get-it-done” team spirit
