Join our dynamic team as a Senior Backend Engineer & Architect, where you'll have the opportunity to shape and maintain our core internal applications. Your work will directly influence our public API, internal services, and operational tools, providing you with a high level of ownership and impact.

• Architect, design, and maintain backend services for key applications.
• Lead improvements of our public API and internal tools.
• Stabilize, refactor, and optimize systems for performance and reliability.
• Oversee backend projects from design to deployment.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver efficient, business-aware solutions.

You'll work on various applications, including our public API, license manager, webshop, and internal tools. Our tech stack includes Node.js (TypeScript), Express, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes on AWS, and Vercel.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Expertise in TypeScript and modern backend development.
• Strong experience in API architecture and design.
• Proven ability to manage backend services end-to-end.
• Solid SQL fundamentals (PostgreSQL).
• Experience in building scalable, reliable systems.

Nice to Have:

• Kubernetes experience.
• CI/CD and DevOps exposure.
• Knowledge in security, observability, and system design.
• Optional frontend experience in TypeScript frameworks.
• Experience with distributed systems or high-availability environments.
