As an Account Manager for the France market, you'll be instrumental in supporting merchants as they integrate with our platform and maximize its benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify leads on the Unfrosen platform proactively.
• Manage the entire account process, from onboarding to payment and delivery oversight.
• Collaborate with Supply and Operations to ensure client satisfaction and timely deliveries.
• Exceed operational KPIs while maintaining organized CRM records.
• Collect customer feedback to enhance our platform and offerings.

About You:

• 2+ years of experience in customer support or account management, preferably in e-commerce or startups.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Proficient with MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
