We are looking for a dedicated professional to provide comprehensive support and guidance to students, teachers, and parents. Your role will include:<ul><li>Offering counselling support to teachers, students, and relevant parties.</li><li>Conducting workshops for teachers and parents to address academic and social needs.</li><li>Leading in-house workshops on cognition and psychology for students and teachers.</li><li>Monitoring and tracking student welfare and progress.</li><li>Profiling students to assist teachers in meeting socio-emotional and learning needs.</li><li>Identifying and referring students with socio-emotional needs for additional support.</li><li>Providing academic counselling services on a referral basis.</li><li>Developing and implementing programmes for students' socio-emotional needs.</li><li>Crafting and executing Individualised Education Plans (IEP) in collaboration with teachers.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Degree in counselling, counselling psychology, or educational psychology.</li><li>At least 3 years of professional counselling experience.</li><li>Competency in case and critical incident management.</li><li>Proficiency in counselling approaches and tools for diverse issues.</li><li>Experience with youths with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is appreciated.</li><li>Ability to connect with students aged 13 to 16 years.</li><li>Effective team player and independent worker.</li></ul>This is a renewable 2-year contract offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment.</body></html>
