You support our team as HR Support Specialist with GermanResponsibilities<ul><li>Entering of time data (absences/attendances) in ATOSS (Time);</li><li>Processing of error lists in Time Management System ATOSS;</li><li>Independent communication with employees/specialist departments;</li><li>Creation of reports, requests or statistics from LOGA, e.g. request process for the A1 form;</li><li>Data Maintenance / Processing of Administrative Processes Payroll.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor Degree in Human Resources/ Economics/Business administration or comparable education;</li><li>Experience with time management processing, payroll processes for German companies;</li><li>Knowledge of HR applications, preferably time management, payroll or masterdata;</li><li>Experience in dealing with ticket systems and service processes;</li><li>Fluent written and spoken German and good English skills;</li><li>Strong teamwork skills, flexibility, a high sense of responsibility, and reliability, as well as a customer-focused.</li></ul>If you like to make a difference and if you would like to be a part of a growing, successful company, then this is the moment to join Freudenberg and become part of a great team!
