Then WE HAVE YOUR PLACE!Your tasks will be:<ul><li>Travel to install, services, troubleshoot and repair TRUMPF CNC (bending & punching machines) at customer sites throughout Romania.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide high-quality technical service to customers to ensure optimal sheet metal machine performance.&nbsp;</li><li>Document customer machine information and technical conditions and make improvement suggestions.&nbsp;</li><li>Train customers to operate and/or service machines to ensure maximum productivity.&nbsp;</li><li>Act as a TRUMPF Service ambassador and work directly with customers during installations and repairs to enable their business success.&nbsp;</li><li>Technical product support</li><li>Participation in vocational training necessary for work in Germany</li><li>Provides support to the sales department&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;What we ask:<ul><li>College / University technical degree (mechanical, electromechanical, mechatronic, electrical engineering)</li><li>Communication level English, German language skills is a plus.</li><li>Category “B” license</li><li>User level computer skills</li><li>Good problem-solving skills</li><li>Willingness to travel in Romania for service missions</li><li>Flexibility, mobility</li><li>Troubleshooting skill</li><li>Ability to work with minimal supervision both independently and in a team</li><li>A hands-on problem solver experienced in electronics, digital circuits, wiring, mechanics, pneumatics and hydraulics.&nbsp;</li><li>Focused on customer service and quality.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>Advantages in selection:• Knowledge of industrial communication networks (Profibus, Profinet, AS-i)• nice to have 3-5 years of work experience in a similar field or as a field service engineer or commissioning engineer.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;What we offer:<ul><li>Ongoing professional training abroad and at home</li><li>Competitive pay</li><li>Modern work tools (Laptop , phone)</li><li>Company car</li><li>Health insurance</li></ul>
