The Opportunity:

We are seeking two highly skilled and experienced Carpenters to join our dedicated construction team in Dublin. You will play a crucial role in bringing our visions to life, working on everything from intricate refurbishments to comprehensive fit-outs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute all aspects of first and second fix carpentry, including the precise installation of stud walls, doors, skirting, architraves, and flooring.
• Accurately interpret and work from architectural drawings, blueprints, and site instructions to ensure project specifications are met.
• Install a wide range of fixtures, fittings, and general carpentry elements with precision and efficiency.
• Collaborate effectively with site managers, foremen, and other skilled trades to ensure seamless project progression and timely completion.
• Maintain an unwavering commitment to the highest standards of workmanship, quality control, and site safety protocols at all times.
• Contribute to a positive and productive work environment, sharing expertise and supporting team objectives.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Skilled Carpenter with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in residential and/or light commercial construction.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage tasks efficiently, and consistently deliver work to an exceptional standard.
• Basic proficiency in English communication, enabling effective interaction with team members and site management.
• Possession of a full, clean driving licence.
• Must hold a valid EU passport (Romanian citizens are encouraged to apply; no work permit required).
• Exceptional work ethic, reliability, punctuality, and meticulous attention to detail.
• A strong commitment to health and safety regulations on construction sites.
