Your Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of tax returns and compliance with local tax regulations.
- Assist with budget preparation and forecasting, providing insights to support financial planning.
- Collaborate with various teams to provide financial insights and guidance.
- Support audits and liaise with external auditors for a smooth audit process.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements within the accounting function.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel; ERP systems experience is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in another language is a plus.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to embrace challenges.
