Join our dynamic Pre-Sales team at STREAMWIDE, a leader in mission-critical communications software. We are seeking a motivated Engineer to support our sales team in delivering innovative solutions to our clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical support for STREAMWIDE products.
• Design and present high-level technical solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Engage in platform dimensioning and respond to RFI/RFP/RFQ documents.
• Manage and adapt technical product documentation.
• Organize and plan project responses and team activities.
• Deliver technical consulting through various communication channels.
• Conduct presentations, trials, and demos for clients and trade shows.
• Assist in technical aspects during contract negotiations.
• Ensure technical quality in sales activities and responses.
• Travel internationally for business engagements.

Skills Required:

• Expertise in network architectures and protocols (3G, 4G, IMS, SIP, Diameter).
• Knowledge of Mission Critical Services over LTE (MCX).
• Understanding of JSON, RESTful APIs, and cloud concepts.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
