• Negotiate item prices when necessary.
• Complete pawn documentation efficiently.
• Manage the initiation, extension, or liquidation of pawned items.
• Safely store pawned items.
• Sell items when required.
• Handle payments and receipts smoothly.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and resolve any complaints or concerns.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization at the workplace.
