Throughout the program, you'll rotate through diverse roles, gaining insights into global supply chain management. Responsibilities include:

• Driving a forklift and managing shipments
• Making sales calls and visiting customers
• Leading a team

Our program provides both international logistics career paths across Europe and local opportunities, offering flexibility to shape your future as your interests evolve.

As part of the Mainfreight Graduate Program, you'll engage in:

• Process improvement projects
• Annual leadership development courses
• Team-building activities and offsites
• Quarterly trainee sessions with European leadership and branch managers

These sessions offer networking opportunities and visibility within the business. You'll receive personalized support from our graduate program coordinator to identify your strengths and career development strategies.

At Mainfreight, we believe in promoting from within. Many former trainees have advanced to roles such as Operations Managers, Air & Ocean Branch Managers, and specialists in Finance, IT, and International Operations.

We seek graduates who value long-term growth and broad experience, holding a bachelor's or master's degree, eager to start a career in the global supply chain and logistics industry, and fluent in Romanian. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
