Join our dynamic team as a Legal Counsel and play a pivotal role in ensuring legal and compliance excellence across our operations. As part of our team, you will:

• Manage compliance and corporate governance matters to ensure adherence to legal standards.
• Assist the Procurement department in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts for goods and services.
• Support the Finance department with financing agreements, including loans and performance guarantees.
• Review and negotiate insurance contracts related to company operations.
• Draft and negotiate contracts with partners and government entities.
• Provide accurate and timely legal counsel on a variety of topics to the management team.
• Collaborate with external parties, including external counsel and legal teams of clients and suppliers.

Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Law with strong academic credentials.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in a law firm.
• Expertise in corporate and commercial legal matters.
• Proficient communication skills in Romanian and English; Ukrainian or Russian is a plus.
