Join our dynamic team as an HR Service Delivery Consultant, where you will play a pivotal role in managing comprehensive payroll operations across Europe. Your expertise will ensure seamless payroll processes and high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end payroll operations, focusing on German payrolls using DATEV, ensuring accuracy from Gross-to-Net calculations to reporting.
  • Manage payroll volumes for multiple clients, ensuring timely and satisfactory service delivery.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on payroll regulations, ensuring compliance with local laws and legislative updates.
  • Supervise payroll system setup, data migration, and onboarding processes.
  • Coordinate with vendors, manage reconciliations, statutory submissions, and ensure timely salary disbursements.
  • Handle associated activities like leave management, employee data updates, and compliance with payroll legislation.
  • Provide HR advisory for companies expanding into Europe, including Global EOR and Payroll Outsourcing projects.
  • Manage employment and training visa applications, ensuring compliance with immigration rules.
  • Participate in client meetings, support project execution, and maintain service standards.
  • Ensure smooth communication with clients and internal teams for effective onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in HR & Payroll or related field.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience with German payroll.
  • Strong knowledge of DATEV modules and German payroll legislation.
  • Experience in payroll outsourcing or multi-country payroll environments preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English.
