Finance Assistant

Our company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our finance team. As a Finance Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting our financial and accounting operations and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes.

Responsibilities:

• Process incoming invoices from SPV
• Process travel expenses
• Daily process of bank statements, weekly payments
• Issue contract based invoices for service agreements ands software agreements
• Posting fix assets, responsible with the fix assets register
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
• Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Prior experience in accounting is preferred, minimum 3 years . Ability to bring solutions from the Romanian chart of accounts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, minimum knowledge in basic functions as : SUM, Average, Sumif/Sumifs, Vlookup/Xlookup, Conditional formatting, Pivot tables
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
