Job details

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to support the team, The remaining of the time (around 70%), The VM will be assisting the sales team.:

• Executes adidas visual merchandising guidelines to ensure a premium, consistent brand image.
• Creates compelling product displays that drive traffic and supports sales targets.
• Maintains store layout, mannequins, and product presentation at all times.
• Collaborates with Store Manager to plan and implement seasonal floor sets and product launches.
• Monitors product availability and coordinates with the team to ensure displays are fully stocked.
• Supports training of store staff on visual merchandising techniques and standards.

Profile:

• Previous experience in visual merchandising, retail presentation, or fashion retail (sportswear experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of brand aesthetics, retail trends, and customer flow.
• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
