What you will do as a Senior Power BI Engineer<ul><li>Design, develop, and deliver scalable, high-performance Power BI datasets and reports, leveraging Databricks (Gold layer) and SQL-based metadata.</li><li>Work closely with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into efficient and maintainable Power BI solutions.</li><li>Optimize large-scale data models and refresh pipelines using incremental refresh, partitioning, and query folding.</li><li>Maintain and enhance ADF pipelines, Azure Functions, and YAML-based CI/CD processes in Azure DevOps to support automated testing and deployment workflows.</li><li>Ensure data quality, security (including RLS), and governance across the Power BI ecosystem.</li><li>Collaborate in a cross-functional environment and support teammates in solving analytical and technical challenges.</li></ul> What we expect<ul><li>5+ years of professional experience in&nbsp;Power BI development&nbsp;(data modeling, DAX, performance optimization, visualization).</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with&nbsp;Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, and Azure DevOps (YAML pipelines).</li><li>Excellent SQL skills and understanding of metadata-driven modeling.</li><li>Ability to work closely with both business and technical stakeholders, shaping requirements and solution design.</li><li>Experience with Databricks and PySpark is a major advantage and will help integrate reporting with upstream data transformations.</li><li>You care about the team — collaboration and knowledge sharing are key values for us.</li><li>You can communicate in English on projects (or improve with our language courses).</li><li>You have a strong drive to learn and grow.
