• Schedule and conduct property showings.
• Negotiate sales agreements with a client-first approach.
• Guide clients through the entire transaction process.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in real estate and property transactions.
• Proven sales and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in market analysis and property evaluations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Fluency in Romanian and English is preferred.
• Familiarity with Bucharest’s real estate market is an advantage.
