Join our dynamic team as an O&M Administrator and play a crucial role in supporting our operational excellence. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure the smooth delivery of our O&M commitments.

• Act as the primary contact for daily departmental activities.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and scheduling.
• Coordinate meetings and manage personnel absences.
• Handle correspondence and travel arrangements.
• Plan and book training courses and logistics.
• Monitor project statuses and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Liaise with departments for efficient resource utilization.
• Prepare presentations and review reports for senior management.
• Ensure timely calibration of tools and equipment.
• Review service activity reports and paperwork.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office, networking, and SCADA systems is desirable. Fluency in English is required, with German or Hungarian as a plus. A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
