Job details

• Meets customer technical teams in order to collect requirements
• Designs and documents the technical and functional specifications for each Integration component
• Collaborate with Integrations CoE to design the solution architecture and ensure that it aligns with the project's objectives and constraints
• Involved in system configuration, customization, or development
• Participates in testing efforts, which include unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Maintains comprehensive documentation for each Integration element, including technical documentation, user manuals, and system process guides
• Responsible for identifying and addressing any issues or defects that arise in their assigned components
• Acts as a bridge between technical and business /customer teams

Qualification

Proven experience as a Solutions Analyst/Business Analyst or in a similar role within the IT domain. 

Proficiency in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.

Experience in business process knowledge within one or more of the following Industry Sectors: Logistics, Supply chain management.

Minimum of three years of experience in at least two IT solution development disciplines, including architecture and application design/development.

Understanding of agile methods and processes, and capability of supporting agile project teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impact, and risks.

Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and propose innovative solutions.

Ability to work independently and deliver multiple projects and support activities with minimal supervision.

Ability to work with developers in and in-and-out outsourced environment.

Excellent planning and organizational skills.

Team player, with experience in global and distributed delivery and often in virtual teams.

Fluent in English.
