Our Controlling Team is looking for a new colleague to fill in our Data Controlling Business Partner vacant position within the team for the next 24 months!

What you’ll be doing:

Responsibilities:

Main responsibilities are to:

• Assure support & follow the implementation of Business Intelligence Solutions (IBM Planning&Analytics application - Dragon)
• Represent the single point of contact for Group Central Finance Department in respect of Dragon and other Group applications and point of contact for transversal projects that involve Finance.
• Controlling & Financial Planning Internal Database development and maintenance as a source for Digitalization program
• Design, develop and integrate data from various resources, manage big data, ETL packages, cubes, dashboards and analytical reports
• Contribute to implementing the company and Finance strategy for value creation, digitalisation and service delivery model
• Coordinate the interface with IT dpt. in order to implement new reports & define Controlling detailed requests
• Evaluate, plan, coordinate and control the development of the new projects within the area
• Contribute to the digital RPA program across company

This role contains activities like:

• In charge of delivery and implementing automated reports in Dragon as required by Group (including MPL), Controlling & management
• Dragon business administration: assure contact with group for level 2/3 support, repository updates
• determines the functional requirements, evolution needs (systems, processes, reports), propose solutions to controlling requests and assure their implementation in Dragon application,
• responsible for in time submission of ORO packs in Magnitude (Closing & Budget) in close relationship with Accounting & Controlling teams
• responsible of actual data reporting flow support (from ERP to Magnitude),
• Delivery of consolidated reports for Actual and Budget in close relationship with Controlling specialist
• Adapting current reports to Business needs as required by Controlling team including support for Dragon reports development,
• Team support in Closing, Audit, Budget – update of reports & analyses variations

What you need to know/have

Requirements:

• This position requires at least 2 years of experience in similar areas
• Business/finance/economics/IT or related areas graduate, post-graduate qualification is a plus
• Design and architecture database knowledge
• Knowledge of PL/SQL
• Knowledge of end-to-end controlling activities and processes
• Business acumen: understanding of a telecom operators' business, operational processes
• Understanding of finance and accounting fundamentals
• Project & process management
• Business analysis & modelling
• Business process improvement
• Reporting techniques (i.e. dashboard, reports, trends, graphs, etc).
• English language - fluent; French is considered a plus
