Join Verdom Automation as a Client Development Specialist, where building automation and electrical design meet the technologies of the future. In addition, we are the exclusive distributor and official training center of the Loxone building automation system in Hungary and Romania.

Position Overview

As a Client Development Specialist, you will maintain relationships with our existing clients, help them find the training programs that best suit their needs, and actively contribute to the growth of our training-related revenues. One of the most important aspects of your role will be ensuring that our training courses are filled with participants.

Responsibilities

• Proactive, regular phone contact with our existing clients
• Recommending current and upcoming training courses based on clients’ professional background
• Selling training slots and applicable discounts
• Managing, administering, and tracking registrations
• Answering client questions regarding training content and organization
• Maintaining contact with former participants and collecting feedback
• Close cooperation with the marketing and training organization teams
• Recording client data and calls in the CRM system
• Achieving assigned sales targets

Requirements

• Confident and effective phone communication skills
• Experience in client management or sales
• Solution-oriented, helpful attitude
• Precise and reliable administrative work
• Independent, goal-focused working style
• User-level digital skills (email, CRM systems, online meetings)
• Good communication skills in both Romanian and English
