Company: International customs brokerage "Bunasta" is seeking a specialist to lead business processes in customs services in Romania. We specialise in transit procedures, customs declarations, and support for international road carriers, and we plan to establish an office in Romania.

Location: Suitable locations for establishing an office: Bucharest, Constanța, Galați, Iași.

Responsibilities:

1. Support for foreign carriers crossing the border with Romania, including resolving issues with customs at border checkpoints.

2. Work with Romanian carriers operating routes to the United Kingdom, Turkey, Ukraine, and Serbia.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. In-depth understanding of transit procedures based on previous experience in customs, logistics, transportation, services for transport companies, or a customs brokerage company for at least 3–5 years.

2. Skills in handling administrative tasks, team management, and team building (experience in leading subordinate employees).

3. Experience in organising sales, communication skills with international road carriers and forwarding companies.

Additional Requirements:

• Knowledge of Romanian, Russian, and preferably English languages.

• Willingness to travel and work in a non-standard schedule.

• General understanding of working with software for customs declarations (e.g., T1/T2, EX, IMP systems) will be welcomed.
