Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily operations and support the customer service team at the front counter.
• Ensure the store is presentable and maintain high standards of food and coffee preparation.
• Utilize leadership skills to manage staff effectively and maintain a positive work environment.
• Use Microsoft Office programs to support management tasks.

Requirements:

• Experience in a café environment is advantageous.
• Proven skills in staff management and a current food safety supervisor's certificate are preferred.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work as part of a team.
