Join our dynamic international manufacturing team as a Supply Chain Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing service excellence and efficiency across our supply chain operations.

• Lead all supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, warehousing, and distribution, ensuring timely and complete delivery performance.
• Oversee inventory and capacity planning, balancing demand with optimal cost and efficiency.
• Manage supplier performance and identify opportunities for sourcing and process improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Develop and mentor the local supply chain team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Deliver regular performance reports and KPIs to track efficiency, service, and cost optimization.

We are looking for a candidate with a degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field, and over 5 years of experience in a production or FMCG supply chain environment. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in SAP and Excel, and excellent communication and negotiation capabilities are essential. A proactive mindset with a focus on results and process optimization is key. Fluency in English and Romanian is required, with additional languages being an advantage.
