Store Manager / Beauty Advisor Kiko Milano - Iulius Mall

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
Create and maintain conditions for high performance, motivation and low staff turnover
– Recruit, on-board train and support the team to deliver the customer experience and business goals. Cooperate with the Area Sales Manager in recruitment to ensure that open positions are filled quickly.
– Demonstrates desired behaviors for staff including a passion for beauty and self-expression, driving sales, handling difficult and/or complicated sales, cash management, inventory control and follow up with customers.
– Guarantee the definition of the planning and vacation plans, in line with the business needs.
– Train the team on: products, make-up application technique and selling techniques in order to deliver the KIKO customer experience.
– Coaches team, providing consistent and constructive feedback. Manages and assesses staff performance (including coaching, development plans, and performance appraisals).

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE / BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
Monitor that Business KPIs are in line with goals, set follow-up action plans for the store, update the Area Manager with relevant market trends
– Assumes overall responsibility of the store.
– Deliver business goals as defined with the Area Manager (Customer experience, Sales, Opex)
– Prioritize actions for store that impact the most the above goals, have a quarterly action plan for the store.
– Consistently monitor Business KPIs (LFL progression, Conversion Rate, Average Ticket,…)
– Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure a visually appealing shopping experience for our customers.

PROCEDURES & POLICIES EXECUTION
Guarantee that stores are compliant with all KIKO standards
– Guarantee the compliance with store procedures including health, safety, and security. (KIKO STORE BOOK).
– Guarantee the execution of the promotional calendar (campaigns, sales promotion, merchandising).
– Guarantee a constant check about the execution in stores and immediately address any gap in compliance with corporate policies or local laws.
– Be aligned with the Area Sales Manager through constant communication in order to discuss and evaluate possible strengths, opportunities and trends.
