Our department specializes in Project Management, Move Management, Consultancy, Design & Build, and General Contracting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations at construction sites.
• Prepare preliminary budget estimates for projects.
• Conduct initial site inspections and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor project activities and adherence to regulations.
• Gather and organize project-related information.
• Perform specific site measurements.
• Coordinate meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to set objectives and clarify design requirements.
• Manage on-site phases of construction and installation works.
• Verify on-site work during critical phases and report to clients.
• Identify potential delays or cost increases and propose solutions.
• Review and recommend payments for project-related invoices.
• Conduct deficiency inspections and confirm necessary remedial actions.
• Oversee contract terminations with suppliers and contractors.

Requirements:

• Higher education in Construction, Engineering, or Installations preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience supervising construction sites.
• Proven track record in managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.
