Descrierea jobului:

Asigura consultanta clientilor cu privire la produsele din magazin;
Pastreaza in permanenta o atitudine profesionista, prietenoasa, dar totodata plina de respect fata de clientii magazinului;
Tine in permanenta evidenta solicitarilor clientilor, atat cu privire la produse, cat si la servicii sau orice alte observatii/recomandari pe care le comunica superiorului;
Are o atitudine proactiva, venind in intampinarea clientilor prin intrebari aditionale, sugestii/recomandari legate de produse si servicii;
Aranjeaza produselor din magazin in conformitate cu standardele companiei;
Participa la realizarea inventarelor;
Participa ori de cate ori este nevoie la receptia marfii, etichetarea si aranjarea produselor la raft;
Pastreaza in bune conditii bunurile companiei care ii sunt incredintate spre folosinta, cu respectarea procedurilor interne.
