Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage customer orders using ERP/CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Prepare and dispatch order confirmations, following up as necessary to maintain smooth operations.
• Address customer inquiries via email and phone with professionalism and promptness.
• Keep customers informed about order statuses, deliveries, and shipments.
• Act as a communication bridge between customers and internal logistics teams.
• Identify and escalate operational or customer-related issues to relevant internal teams.
• Maintain accurate customer and order data within the CRM system, supporting data accuracy and reporting.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales support, order management, or administrative roles.
• Fluent in French, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency with CRM/ERP systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and collaborate with various teams.
