As a Real Estate Advisor, you will be the face of our residential projects, engaging directly with potential clients from the first interaction to contract signing. Your role will be crucial in achieving our commercial goals and enhancing our reputation as a trusted developer.

• Present sales offers for apartments, land, and houses to potential clients.
• Guide clients through the real estate acquisition process, offering personalized consultancy.
• Manage the lead database and track sales stages.
• Actively participate in promotional campaigns, events, and viewings.
• Collaborate with marketing, legal, and financial teams to close sales.

The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience, preferably in real estate or premium services, excellent communication and negotiation skills, a results-oriented mindset, and a team spirit with the ability to work independently. PC and CRM knowledge is an advantage, and a category B driving license is required.
