Key Responsibilities:

· Keeping an eye on product availability and modifying production as necessary to prevent excessive production;

· Coordination with manufacturers to ensure appropriate materials are available, as well as the development of new supplier partnerships as needed;

· Creating production schedules based on demand projections in order to meet consumer demands;

· Coordination with shipping providers to arrange for final product delivery to clients;

· Responsible for monthly stock forecasting, analytics and end-of-month reporting;

· Track daily production;

· Lead and manage the production and order management processes to meet volume, profit and inventory objectives;

· Lead production planning efforts both externally internally with the manufacturing schedulers;

· Responsible for the Production Planning team;

· Oversight of the critical path, workflow and samples management processes, to ensure department KPIs are met and exceed;

· Assign workers and other personnel to certain industrial operations;

· Work with quality assurance, logistics, and other personnel.

Requirements

· Outstanding understanding of product strategy and quality assurance principles;

· Demonstrable background as a team leader of production planning;

· Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities;

· Working familiarity with Microsoft Office and ERP systems is required;

· A clear demonstration of sophisticated production scheduling abilities is required;

· Capability to distill complex supply chain principles into simple terms.
